Real-Time Events acts as the hub and conduit for all communications between service providers and clients, removing the traditional challenges involved in working with multiple vendors on one project.

Ken Bacon
Ken Bacon is the founder of Real-Time Events, an enterprise that began in 2007, subsequent to his move from Boston to Las Vegas. His events planning career began in 1997 as the sponsorship sales manager for a company that now functions as part of Maritz Global Events, after which he acquired skill sets in all areas of event planning.
Ken remains an avid Red Sox fan and other than marrying the love of his life, creating a family and founding Real-Time Events, Ken considers his beloved Red Sox breaking of The Curse in 2004 to be a high point of his life!
Owner, Your Event Staff
Jennifer Suber
For the past 25+ years, Jennifer Suber has actively planned and implemented events for companies and non-profit associations across the country. In 2010, Jennifer left her position at a statewide nonprofit to start her own event planning business called “Your Event Staff.”
Her extensive past experiences in Development positions give her a unique prospective, allowing her to work well with companies who sponsor her clients’ events. Without a doubt, however, her true passion lies in event planning – managing the details and creating the experiences for thousands of people each year.
Jennifer’s client base ranges in scope from black-tie dinners for 400 people, to large-scale community events, to tech conferences with 5,000+ people in attendance.
Owner, Help Is Here
Christine Rose
With 20+ years leading Global Events for a Silicon Valley tech company, Christine learned first-hand how to manage large-scale events and what kind of help is truly valuable. She brings project and event management skill and expertise to the table that is refreshing, approachable and ideally, delightful.
Christine's goal for Help Is Here is to partner with great organizations and provide oxygen to over-taxed teams through short to long-term project support.
Christine has built her business with a focus of 2/3 tech sector and 1/3 social sector. This
ratio reflects how she wants to steward her talents and experience, so clients in both sectors benefit - social clients receive accessible pricing and tech clients can leverage her expertise in socially beneficial engagements.
A Silicon Valley native and a daughter of German immigrants, she inherited her father’s love for the outdoors.
Kris Hales, CPA
Kris is a Certified Public Accountant based in Massachusetts. He has held Chief Financial Officer and other senior executive roles in companies ranging from the global Fortune 500 to closely held businesses in manufacturing, professional services, software and marketing industries. He is experienced in merger and acquisition transactions, tax and regulatory compliance, and managing growth in startup companies.
Kris has been an advisor to Real-Time Events since 2016.

RTE partners closely with EventNeat, a company whose lead retreival and attendee registration systems are second to none.
We work closely with our EventNeat partner to fully understand our clients requirements, taking the time to dial-in a solution that meets all their specifications.
If a solution doesn't yet exist, we'll work with the client to develop a custom solution, as many of the solutions in our arsenal were client-driven. The pool of solutions is constantly expanding, offering you a wide variety of potential options.
