• Housing Managers ensure that a flawless system is created to facilitate both the attendee registration and housing reservations process throughout the event.

• Resources are dedicated to manage special housing needs for VIP's, speakers, committee members, advisors, executives, staff and vendors throughout the life cycle of an event.

• We will act as the chief liaison with host hotels for all room block-related issues: Management of the venue's room blocks for the duration of the event

  • Proof hotel rooming lists to ensure accuracy

  • Cross check hotel rooming list to capture attendees having made accommodations outside the room block

  • Work with the host hotels to endure all commissions are paid

  • Maintain wait lists for host hotels

• We notify event management of any attendees that have not made a traceable reservation.

• We advise our clients regarding host hotel pick-up activity and decisions to be made when room blocks are approaching sold-out status or when the pickup rate justifies a release of a portion of held rooms to avoid attrition

• Real-Time Events generates customized housing reports as determined by event management's needs. Reports typically track room block activity, commissions earned, possible attrition and factors in past event hotel history when making recommendations. All reports can be delivered in real-time, as current snapshots of activity.
